🍪 Cottage Food Laws. These products are produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. These products may contain allergens. 🍪 Payment due. 50% payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, and perfect packaging. Your payment reserves your pick-up date too! The other 50% payment is due at pickup. 🍪 Order Minimums. I require a minimum order of 1 dozen! Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup batches announced on my Facebook page or come by one of the farmers markets that I frequent. 🍪 In a hurry? While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee of $10 per dozen. 🍪 Inspiration. Thanks a ton for bringing those inspo pictures! They're just that - inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas - I'll try to keep it close. 🍪 Pictures are worth a thousand words. But they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also - cookies in photos may not be true to size! All cookies are between 3-4 inches on its longest side. 🍪 Refunds. I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter and packaging order has likely already been placed. But the good news - you get the cookies! 🍪 Pickup Dates and Times. Delivery and meet up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! I have bulk pickup dates to accommodate most schedules - so put that cookie pickup in your calendar! 🍪 No show = no cookies. These cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order with no refund. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out 7 days prior to your pickup time. 🍪 Covid Care. I know that you can't control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and I want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? I can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest. 🍪 It's All Yours Now. Once you pickup your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, is all on you! Keep 'em safe and keep 'em cool. 🍪 Allergies? Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out - I may have a perfect referral for ya! 🍪 In Sickness and in Health.
