Mae's Treatz

All orders must be placed at a minimum of two weeks before the date you will need the order. There is a $25 last minute fee for all orders not booked two weeks or more before the needed date. All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the amount is due at the time of order pickup/delivery. All orders $50 or less has to be paid in full at the time of ordering. Cancellation Fees: Deposits are non-refundable. However, the deposit can be used for later dates and will be credited to your account. Order Changes: If you request a change to your order within a week of your order deadline you will be refundable. Order Changes: If you request a change to your order within a week of your order deadline, you will be charged $15. Refunds: Refunds are only issued when the issue is the liability of Mae's Treatz. Pickups and Deliveries: Order pickups start no earlier than 11 AM. If you need the order before that, please arrange to pick up your order the night before. Order deliveries start at $10 for anything at 11 AM. Orders placed after 7 PM are $15.
