Thank you for your support! Maeka Cake Bakery is a home-based bakery and our products are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, tree nuts, soy, and other allergens.  We are not responsible for any damage to items after delivery is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and or environment for your baked goods. Cakes can be heavy and require a sturdy structure, and stable room temperatures of 75 degrees or below. If you elect to pick up and set up your cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of it once it leaves Maeka Cake Bakery’s possession. No refund will be given for damaged products after it's out of our possession. If a payment is made, you agree to the following terms and conditions.   Given the perishable nature of our items, all items are final sale! There are no returns or refunds allowed.
