All orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance and no later than 1 week in advance. Last minute orders will require a $20 late fee.

Inspiration pictures can be sent after your order is confirmed. However, it can not be replicated the exact same way, it is only used as inspiration.

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. The remaining balance can be paid the day before or the day of pickup.

Please arrive at your designated pick up time. Your order will be held for an additional 30 minutes before it may no longer be available. Any time changes will require a 24 hour notice.

Once you pick up your order, you will be asked to confirm that you are satisfied with the final product. Leaving with your order means you agree that changes can no longer be made.

You will be provided with a care instructions card (also located in my “READ” highlight). This will tell you how to handle and cut your cake properly. NEVER put your cake in direct heat or sunlight OR on slanted surfaces, only flat. Keep cakes refrigerated and in cool environments. Your cake should be kept at room temperature 1 hour before serving. All orders can last up to 5 days in the fridge, and cakes can last up to 4 weeks in the freezer. Never leave your cake out for more than 5 hours.

Failure to carefully follow these instructions may result in a damaged product beyond my control.

I am a home based baker. Therefore, products may have come into contact with or may contain one of the following allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, wheat and soy.

Lastly, cakes that includes props or decorations may have inedible parts. You will be notified about which decorations are edible or inedible, it is important to remove these before serving. I am not responsible for any harm caused by the consumption of decorations.
