Absolutely love the gf focaccia bread!! You can’t even tell that it’s gluten free. Also, I just tried the matcha cookies and sourdough croissants and they are amazing as well! Can’t wait to come back in the future and try more of the baked goods!

i'm so happy i stumbled across lydia's stand at a recent market! her breads and cookies are AMAZING and my new weekly go-to for snacks and sweets. she's super responsive and sweet, and is willing to accommodate all special requests. plus she puts a lot of attention to detail into the packaging, labeling, etc. of her products. i can't wait to try more things from her kitchen!

We couldn't have been happier with our breakfast and lunch catering for my conference from Lydia Lin’s Oven! Everything was fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious. The jalapeño cheddar bread and sourdough were so incredible that people were literally debating which one was better. The freeze-dried sweet treats were a huge hit too and such a fun and unique addition! We were catering for 30 people, and there was an amazing variety of breads, pastries, and gluten-free options, all clearly and cleverly labeled. Everything arrived beautifully displayed on ceramic serving dishes, making the spread feel extra special. Best of all, everything stayed fresh and delicious all day long. The order was delivered right on time, the pricing was very reasonable, and the quality was outstanding. Lydia even included extra treats beyond what we ordered, which was such a thoughtful surprise. You can truly taste the fresh ingredients and the care that goes into everything Lydia makes. From presentation to flavor to service, Lydia exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond. We received so many compliments from our guests, and we'll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Lydia’s sourdough jalapeño cheddar bread is the best I’ve ever tasted. Plus it freezes well so I don’t get tempted to eat a whole loaf in one sitting. 🙂

Lydia makes delicious and healthy baked and freeze-dried goodies! She uses top quality and organic ingredients and she offers a wide variety of options from sourdough bread to cookies and bell peppers to sweet, little treats! Perfect for anyone wanting high quality treats, whether you prefer gluten or gluten free.

I got some chocolate chip cookies, some banana bread, and sourdough bread. They were all excellent. I had to freeze the banana bread so I didn't eat it all at once. Totally recommend

I went to a porch pop up to try some of Lydia's different offering and she didn't disappoint. There was a large array of breads, desserts, and freeze dried candy. Highlights were the focaccia that was oiled/salted perfectly, the most moist mini loaf of banana bread, and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. My favorite is the jalapeno cheddar sourdough bread that I took home, it's miles ahead of any I've ever bought from the store. Try it all!

Lydia’s Oven is a hidden gem! You can taste the love, time, and premium ingredients in every single bite! The sourdough is hearty and delicious with butter, and the banana bread is pillowy perfection! It’s rare to find a place that excels in both savory breads and whimsical sweets! You must try the freeze dried nerd clusters or ice cream and experience them melting in your mouth!

We got sourdough bread, croissants, hard candies and fruit puffs. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend anything to do with sourdough, Lydia makes the best sourdough we've ever had. Another favorite are the fruit puffs, they're bright and sweet. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Finding a true Sourdough bread in Colorado has been impossible. People like to say it’s difficult to bake at higher elevations but Lydia has mastered the art of baking Sourdough. Even though the ingredients' are limited the flavors are balanced, and the crust is cooked to perfection. This is hands down my favorite new bread. Her candy creations are filled with robust flavors and bright colors. My favorite confection is the “Milk Dude’s”.

Lydia's sourdough bread is unbelievably moist and packed with flavor no need to add any butter. The chocolate chip cookies are so yummy, I like it that it's almost bite size. The game changer for me is the kouign Amann it's flaky, one bite and I'm sold!!!

I absolutely love everything ive tasted made by Lydia. Her sourdough bread is delicious, with a really good blend, loved the Kouign Amann pastry and the mango crawlers. Any of the freeze dried candy, really.

Lydia is a culinary genius and has perfected her kuoign amanns! Each bite is a delightful mix of slightly sweet and decadent pastry. Her sourdough is also made with love and you can taste it! I hope she reintroduces the buttery mildly salty pretzel bites.
