1. What types of balloons do you offer? We offer latex, Mylar, and helium balloons for any event. 2. Do you provide balloon delivery services? Yes, we do! We charge $50 for delivery and $50 if you need setup. 3. How far in advance do I need to place an order for balloon arrangements? You can place an order up to 5 days before your event but the earlier, the better! 4. Can I customize the colors and designs of my balloons? Of course! We love to bring your vision to life 😊 5. How long do helium balloons last? Helium balloons can last up to a couple days if stored in a cool location, away from the sunlight 6. Are your balloons biodegradable or eco-friendly? Absolutely! 7. What is your refund or cancellation policy for balloon orders? - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time are not eligible for refunds. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. - For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
