What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive?
You should contact the bakery immediately to resolve the issue.
What happens if I or the recipient is not home at delivery?
You will need to make time and let me know when you can come pick up from my location. If you cannot pick up same day, you will get until the next day same time as your previous pickup/delivery to retrieve your order. I will not leave your order with anyone other than you so I know the product made it safely.
