1. Your retainer’s fee reserves your event date and is non-refundable. 2. Your balance due must be received by the due date agreed upon. If not received, a $10 fee per day will be assessed for each day that the balance isn’t paid. 3. The date of your final payment is the last day for changes in size, style, or flavor. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. 4. If Lynette’s Tipsy Sweets is delivering and setting up your cake, we are not responsible for any damage to the cake after set up is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate & secure table and environment for the cake. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and optimal temperature of 75 degrees or below. 5. Once you’ve picked up your cake, you assume all liability & responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Lynette’s Tipsy Sweets’ possession. 6. On occasion, we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photos for display or promotion without compensation to you. 7. If we’re able to accommodate your order date, a rush fee of $50-$75 will apply to any custom orders places within 2 weeks of your event date. 8. No pick ups are allowed after 7 PM.
