Hi! I’m Megan! The flour covered, butter loving, cookbook hoarding human behind Lunatic Bakehouse.
I specialize in homemade gluten-free cookies inspired by books, nostalgia, and the little moments that make a place feel like a home. Each week, you will find a small collection of fresh bakes made in limited quantities available for preorder. I believe gluten-free shouldn’t mean giving up the desserts you love, so every recipe is tested until it passes the “I’d never know it’s gluten-free” test.
Every bakery has a story. Mine just happens to be told in gluten-free. I’m so glad you’re here!

A Little Kitchen Note:
Every cookie at Lunatic Bakehouse is made with gluten-free ingredients and prepared with great care. However, they are baked in a home that is not exclusively GF. We use dedicated GF mixing bowls, utensils, baking equipment, and storage to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2019. Only gluten-free flours are used in the home. My loved ones do enjoy pre-packaged gluten containing snacks from time to time. Please your own discretion before enjoying our treats.
