I am a Métis woman, born and raised on the shores of Georgian Bay and my love language is cooking for people.
I also have 4 children. All boys. They eat a lot.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been around food. First, it was mom’s bakery: Heather’s Fancy’s, then the restaurant known as B&G’s aka Gidley’s Galley.
Now I have found my passion, specializing in small but big flavour batches of hand mixed authentic sourdough.
All of my bread’s levain is made with my starters Elvira or Uncle Coco.
