Hi! I'm Leslie and I've always enjoyed baking, but it wasn't until after my Celiac diagnosis that I considered it as a business. People would often recommend baked goods with the caveat that it was "good for gluten-free". To me that wasn't right so I set out to learn how to make gluten free baked goods that just tasted good, not good for gluten free. Then I saw there wasn't a place to get gluten free cookies that weren't baked alongside gluten items, so Lucy Jane's Cookie Jar was born. I enjoy being able to provide a delicious treat that can be enjoyed by all. Since they just taste good, they are equally enjoyed by those without dietary restrictions.
