No. Refrigeration can dry out your cupcakes. If you’re eating them within a day or two of pickup, then keeping them in a cool place with the lid tightly closed is best. If you are waiting more than a couple of days to eat them, they’ll do best in the freezer. Just give them a few hours to come back to room temperature before you enjoy them!
Do you offer Gluten Free?
I offer Gluten Sensitive, which means that I can bake with gluten free flour but I do not have a gluten free kitchen.
Do you offer peanut/tree nut free?
No. Although I do not use nut products when baking, I do have nuts and nut products in my kitchen. I do not feel comfortable offering a product for anyone with peanut and/or tree nut allergies.
Do you deliver?
No. I’m sorry, I’m a home baker who is also a mom and an instructor at a local fitness studio. My days are too unpredictable for me to be able to reliably offer delivery services.
Do you ship?
No. My cupcakes are just too delicate to be left to the vagaries of shipping companies or the US mail.
How fast is your order turnaround?
I ask for at least a week’s notice, but I can occasionally provide a faster turnaround depending on what else I have going on. You’re always welcome to ask if I’m available!
If I give you a week’s notice, does that guarantee you’ll do my order?
No. I have limited capacity and can only accept a certain number of orders. Even with plenty of lead time, if you are ordering for a date that is already filled with orders, I will have to say no.
Your best option is to contact me as soon as you have your date and let me know the general number of cupcakes you will need. I can take a deposit and add you to my calendar.
