Delivery fees vary based on mileage.
I do not deliver to Manhattan, the Bronx, New Jersey, or areas outside the ones listed above. However, I’m happy to arrange a meet-up halfway within these delivery zones.
Do you do same day orders?
Same-day orders depend on your order time, location, and order size.
Example – Yes: On a Saturday, you place an order at 8 AM for 12 strawberries, picking up or located near Smithtown, NY, and need them by 4 PM.
Example – No: On a Monday, you place an order at 4:30 PM for 48 chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with a design, needing delivery to Brooklyn by 7:30 PM.
Can you come to my event to set the treats up?
Yes! Just let me know the details, and we can work something out to set up a treats table at your event.
Are your treats gluten-free, dairy-free, or allergen-friendly?
I offer options for various dietary needs—please let me know your requirements when ordering.
Can you accommodate large orders or events?
Yes! Please contact me to discuss details, pricing, and availability.
When will I receive my invoice?
An invoice will be sent shortly after your booking is confirmed. Payment is completed through the invoice.
Can I provide my own cake topper or decorations?
Yes! Please let us know in advance so we can incorporate it seamlessly.
How should I store the cake before the event?
Keep cakes covered and in a cool area. Refrigerate buttercream cakes if not serving within 4–6 hours.
Do you provide candles or toppers?
Yes we provide two candles. Custom toppers are available for extra charge.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes — based on availability. Your deposit will hold for the new date.
Do you repost client photos?
Yes — with your permission. This helps us share your special moments!
