The spring cupcake collection did not disappoint. I ordered the strawberry and the carrot cake flavors. They were pretty and delicious. The sugar cookies were soft, chewy, pretty and delicious as well. I like it that these delightful treats are not extremely sweet. They are very flavorful. I had the pleasure of tasting the pecan pie, plain and cherry cheesecakes and I have no words. Wait, yes, I do have words! They were absolutely delicious! Rich and creamy are the words that come to mind. The cheesecake maker is great also! She's very friendly and knows her way around the baking and the business!

She made the best cheesecakes I have ever had in my life!! My favorite was the Oreo cheesecake! You will NOT find cheesecakes like hers in a store I assure you!! Purchase from this bakery you will not be disappointed!!
