How can I place an order?
You can place your order Monday to Friday through our website

We then will send you an invoice
and your order will be fulfilled after we received full payment.
Don’t forget to write the address where you want your order delivered .
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery for a small fee on Saturday and Sunday.
If for any special reason you need a delivery any other day of the week please let us know.
Can I pick up my order?
We don’t have pick up available yet, our store is online.
Are your products fresh?
Yes, our production is done on Fridays.
We do most of our work by hand in small batches to ensure freshness, high quality and exceptional taste of our products.
We freeze some of our products right after baking them to ensure freshness.
Can I order just one Rice Krispy treat?
Our minimum order is 4 units. Each of our Dessert boxes contain 4 Artisanal Rice Krispy Treats or more!
Can I pick up the flavors I want to be included in my dessert box?
Yes, you can pick your own flavors from our weekly flavor list.
How can I preserve my Artisanal Rice Krispy Treats?
Our treats can be kept in the same package for up to 1 week. But we are pretty sure they won’t last that long.
They taste best at room temperature, or you can place them in the microwave for a few seconds for a more gooier texture.
We don’t recommend freezing them.
What size is your Basque Cheesecake?
At this moment we just offer 5" (inches) size. and our mini cheesecake cupcakes 2” (inches)
Our cheesecake is very rich so just a small portion is more than enough to satisfy your cravings ; )
Do you offer Gluten Free desserts?
Yes!
our “Burnt” Basque Cheesecake is gluten free.
But please note that in our production area we process wheat, nuts, eggs and dairy.
Our environment is not allergen free.
Do you ship your goodies to other states?

What is your Return and refund policy?
If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us in the first 12 to 24 hours after delivery.
We need to get the package back for inspection in order to offer any kind of refund.

How can I preserve my cake slices?
You can enjoy the cake slices the minute you receive them, if they are slightly cold you can wait until they are at room temperature.
Some of my customers eat them straight out of the fridge or freezer so,
no judgement here!

How often do you change the sliced cake flavors offered?
We make new flavors each month based on Holidays or Seasonal ingredients.
Sometimes we based our flavor choices in our customers requests.
