We always enjoyed a slice of Lindsey’s creation when the restaurant existed and we were beyond excited to still be able to get them. Her attention to details and flavors is unmatched. I travel for work and have tried many Mexican milk cakes. None even come close. She was able to make this one gluten-free and you can’t tell. Amazing as always
