Texas Cinnamon Roll
This is a recipe that I am extremely proud of. I can write a recipe base in a matter of minutes, but curating a recipe is something I have spent my life on. None of my recipes are finished. I tweak them occasionally to make them better. This recipe is years in the making. It’s one I have made out of boredom just to see the chemistry behind the ingredients. After finishing each session I brainstorm to see how I can improve, what will make this better? This is something I apply in my everyday life, as well. What can I improve today? After many many many sessions in my kitchen, sometimes until the early morning hours, this is the product of years of determination, hard work and a whole lot of heart. This is not an ordinary cinnamon roll. This is truly a culinary experience.

Simple Whole Cake

About
Baking has lived in my soul ever since I was a tiny girl standing on a wobbly stool next to my sweet Granny, flour dusting our noses and love filling every inch of that old kitchen. Those quiet afternoons with her are where I first learned that the simplest ingredients mixed with
patience and a whole lot of heart and kindness - can heal almost anything.
For many beautiful years I poured that same heart into other roles I cherished: teaching Sunday school, driving a school bus full of laughing kids, and spinning records as a DJ. I love lifting people up, making them smile, and sprinkling a little joy (and yes, the occasional redneck
fairy dust, aka an f-bomb) wherever I went. Then life handed me a heartbreak I never saw coming. When a relationship I thought would last forever ended, my world felt shattered. In those quiet, tear-filed nights, I did the only thing I know to do - went back to my kitchen.
What started as a way to hold myself together slowly became something much bigger. Each batch I baked was a quiet prayer of healing, a way to turn pain into something sweet I could share. That's why every cream puff, fudge square, cookie, and cake you hold in your hands is made with more than just butter and sugar. It carries pieces of my story - my Granny's wisdom, my years of nurturing others, and the love lost. I’m still learning to love myself again and to give myself again, but most importantly, I’m learning to show myself grace, compassion and kindness again.
So, when you take your first bite, and your eyes light up, I feel it, too. Your smile is part of my healing, and I am forever grateful. Today. Tomorrow. Always. Life gives us great books, with some really tough chapters. My story is just beginning, the first page still in recent memory, the end hasn’t been decided just yet.
This little pop-up bakery isn't just a business. It's my heart on a plate offered with open hands, a Texas size portion of kindness, grit and grace, and the quiet hope that something I made might make your day even a little bit brighter.

Capabilities & Pricing
I can accommodate most special orders. Please keep in mind, I am a baker. Not a decorator. I will gladly bake up a delicious cake for your big event, but the decorations will be left up to you. Your cake will be fully frosted or have a crumb layer, depending on your needs.
I deliver to Halletsville and surrounding areas Monday through Friday to various businesses, we can meet at any public location to make our exchange.
My cakes, which are multilayered, start at $45. Mini Cakes start at $7, Cookies start at $2.50. I offer regular and fudge stuffed cookies! Homemade fudge starts at $5. I also have Mini Banana Bread starting at $6. I also have Rice Krispie Treats, Cake Pops, Lollipops, Cream Puffs and so much more! I offer price points at every budget.
I constantly check my ingredients prices to update my prices to reflect that, my time, gas and love, but still maintain fair and honest pricing. That’s why I accept tips. I pour my heart and soul into my business whenever my eyes are open, I can’t possible charge for all the time I invest, so if you are able to pay something forward, do so with a glad heart. All tips go straight to me. They help me continue my labor of love and also helps me give back to the community. With my tips, I started a campaign of kindness. Your financial kindness helps me give fresh baked goods to those who serve and those who need just a little pick me, a friend in the form of a warm delicious treat!
