Please read before ordering!
Orders close at 9:00PM the Sunday before pick up (or if I reach my limit for the week). If you are ordering on Monday or Tuesday, you are ordering for the following week!
🗓️ When checking out, you will click the Wednesday date available on the calendar because that is the day the items will be baked. However, you will have the option of picking up your order Wednesday afternoon/evening or Thursday morning. If you need another time, please choose the “other” option and use the note section when checking out and I will do my best to accommodate you 💜
After submitting your order, you will receive an invoice once the order has been accepted by me.
If you plan to use one of the digital options shown on the invoice, you can send it anytime before pickup or you can scan the QR codes on my pick up stand. If you plan to pay with cash, you will just accept the invoice and bring cash with you to pick up. Please note there will not be any change on site.
🌟your order is not confirmed until you receive an invoice from me. That will be sent within 24 hours. Your order will not be processed unless you accept that invoice. If it hasn’t been accepted by the Monday before pickup, the order will be cancelled.
🌟PICK UP INFO: you will receive my address once your order has been accepted. Your order will be labeled inside my bread shed, to the left of my house in the side yard.
🌟If you are in need of specific goodies for a different date, please see the special orders section in the menu on the top right.
Hi, I’m Erin! Welcome to my microbakery! All of our menu offerings are sourdough… the cookies.. the muffins… all of it! Lonnie is the name of my sourdough starter and she’s the magic behind every item I make. I live in Trail Creek with my husband Corey and our three kids. I was born and raised in Michigan City, went to Indiana University Bloomington, and returned home to start teaching🏠 I taught here for 12 years, until our son was born. I’ve since been a stay at home mom 🥰 This bread adventure began because I wanted to clean things up, one thing at a time, for my family. I loved having control over the ingredients and dove right in to all things sourdough. The same high quality ingredients I sought after for my own family, I use in each and every item I make for you. Helping you feed your own family the best of the best is something I will continue to strive for. I didn’t see this business coming! It has now evolved into something I never planned for, but am extremely grateful for 🥰 Lonnie’s Loaves happens in my home kitchen. I hold a current food handlers certificate and follow all of the rules and regulations laid out by Indiana cottage laws. We are a smoke free, cat free home. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting my little business. I’m so excited you’ll be apart of the journey with me! 💜💜💜
