What to know before placing an order for a custom Cake~

Order Two Weeks in Advance :

You must place your order at least fourteen days before your event. A couple days notice and next-day cakes are not an option. Please contact Lolli Crumbs to inquire about special arrangements should you find yourself needing a short notice order.

Price is variable:

The cost of your cake depends on the number of guests you need to serve and the complexity of your design.

Payment is required upfront:

Payment is due and must be received once your order is confirmed and accepted. Orders are not considered confirmed on the books until payment is received in full. Production begins only after payment has been received.

No refunds for cancellation:

Lolli Crumbs does not offer refunds if you cancel your custom cake order once confirmed and sent to production.

Order confirmation:

After you submit your order, Lolli Crumbs will contact you to confirm the details. Be prepared to discuss your design and any specific requirements. It is important that you mention any allergies at this time.
