Welcome to Loli & Pop’s Bakeshop, a small, family-run cottage bakery based in Katy, Texas. What started as a love for home baking has grown into a passion for sharing sweet moments with our community — one treat at a time.

Every item that comes out of our kitchen is made from scratch, in small batches, using quality ingredients and a whole lot of love. From our soft, chewy cookies and fluffy cinnamon rolls to our seasonal loaves and mini cakes, everything is baked to bring comfort and joy — just like grandma used to make.
