I’m Priscilla — wife, busy mama of four, and passionate home baker. Born and raised in Iowa, I now call Boone, IA, home.
This little business was born out of love for my daughter, Viola (aka Lola). She was diagnosed with Autoimmune Celiac Disease when she was just one year old.
As a new mom, hearing that was heartbreaking. I knew nothing about gluten-free living, and I was determined to make sure Viola never felt left out—especially when it came to food and special occasions.
Over the years, I’ve poured my heart into perfecting gluten-free baking, and I’m proud to say I’ve nailed it. These treats are so good, even the toughest critics can’t tell the difference!
My mission with this bakery is simple: no one with gluten-free needs should ever feel left out.
