Hi, my name is Linda & while I have been milling my own organic flour for over a decade, a few years ago I took the leap of converting my fresh milled whole grain commercial yeast products over to sourdough. And now that they are 100% family & friends approved I am ready to expand & start sharing them with the community at large.

All of my products are leavened with Breatrice, my 3 yr old fresh milled rye starter, and contain at minimum 70% fresh milled whole grain flour that is milled fresh for each batch of dough which allows all the nutrients to be locked into the products. Did you know that whole grains contain 40 of the 44 daily nutrients that are removed from commercially prepared flours? Milling fresh flour makes all of my products, whether savory or sweet, nutrient dense health conscious choices.

Ordering & Pick Up

* The menu of available sourdough products may vary. * Pre-ordering opens up on Sunday and closes at 12pm (noon) on Tuesday. If you missed the order deadline keep an eye out on Facebook or Instagram to see if there will be extras available. * Pre-orders will be available for porch pick up @ 26017 466th Ave, Hartford beginning at 3:30pm on Thursdays.
