Hi! I’m Alyssa — I’m a home sourdough baker located in the Schenectady/Niskayuna area.✨️🥖
What started as a simple jar of flour and water one morning has grown into a love for the art of sourdough baking. I slowly taught myself the craft over the past several months, nurturing my sourdough starter "Betty" — lovingly named after my Nanny — into the strong, bubbly heart of everything I bake.
I’ve recently transformed our downstairs kitchen into a small home microbakery space. I aspire to expand my little hobby into a business for anyone interested in fresh homemade sourdough. 🍞
I'm excited to share my craft and give others the opportunity to enjoy the benefits and unique taste of sourdough.

Pickup Details
Pickup hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sundays. To ensure your baked goods are properly slow-fermented and freshly baked, please submit all orders by 12:00 PM on Friday.
For easy recognition when driving down the road, I will have a pickup stand clearly marked by the mailbox. As we are the corner house, I'll meet you outside with your order as you arrive!
