Orders can be placed directly through my Bakesy shop. Each listing includes pricing, minimum order quantities, and options for customization. For large events or custom quotes, please submit a request form.
How far in advance should I order?
I recommend at least 3–5 days for classic items and 7–10 days for decorated or event orders. Larger orders (weddings, dessert tables, or custom spreads) may require more notice.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely. Items like decorated cookies, custom cupcakes, cake pops, and cakesicles can be personalized with colors, themes, or add-ons. Please note that detailed designs and fondant accents may increase the price.
Do you accommodate food allergies or sensitivities?
I do my best to accommodate requests and make substitutions where possible. However, as a cottage bakery, everything is prepared in a home kitchen that uses common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. While care is taken, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free desserts?
Yes, many items can be made vegan or gluten-free upon request. Please note these items are prepared in the same kitchen as traditional bakes, so cross-contamination is possible.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, local delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on your zip code (DFW metroplex).
Do you ship orders?
At this time, I do not ship. Orders are for local pickup or delivery only.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made through the Bakesy checkout system. I also accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or cash for local orders.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! I proudly offer 10% off for teachers (code SMARTCOOKIE10) and 10% off for veterans (code SALUTE10).
What if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Orders canceled within 72 hours may be subject to a partial charge due to prep and ingredient costs.
