Iโm a home-based baker, I specialize in Candy fruit, Cakes, Cupcakes, Sugar cookies and Fruit bouquets! I started in 2020 as a hobby doing this for friends and family and itโs become a true passion. I hope to make your day a little more sweet!๐๐
Capabilities & Pricing
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required when ordering, the remaining balance will be due at pickup.
I accept cash app and cash only.
Policies
Ordering
Please include pickup time when ordering and be as descriptive as possible! Include all details, age/name (If needed), colors, theme, flavors, designs and Inspiration pictures!
If the customer supplies an image to be created the baker will make every attempt to make the item as close to the likeness as possible without exactly copying the image.
All designs/toppers/edible images will be an additional charge!
I do not accept same day orders, If youโre ordering 24, 48 or 72 hours before you need your order rush fees will be applied to your total. (72hrs/$25, 48hrs/$35, 24hrs/$50)
All deposits need to be paid once I accept your order or you risk your day/time becoming unavailable.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions serve as the contract between the customer and Livs sweet treats.
All cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform the baker prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information the baker will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item is out of my hands Iโm not responsible for any damage done after the product has left our hands.
We do not offer refunds unless baker has to cancel! If by chance you have to reschedule for any reason please reach out in a timely manner.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup only unless discussed otherwise with the baker! (Delivery charges vary)
We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after customer pick-up or after setup is complete. The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 72 degrees or below and out of sunlight. DO NOT leave cakes outside, If by chance you have a outside event store the cake in the fridge until it is โcake timeโ to prevent any melting of the buttercream.
If you select pick up you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves the possession of Livs sweet treats.
Late Policy
Please be on time to collect your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will remain at the pick up location outside of your collection window. Therefore, a fee of $10 will be applied every 20 minutes beyond your collection window. Late fees must be paid to collect your order.
In case of an emergency keeping you from picking up on time reach out to the baker as soon as possible!
