No. There has been much speculation about sourdough and whether it is low gluten or not.
While I do ancient grain blends, I DO blend with wheat, so nothing is gluten free, however for those with gluten sensitivity, I do recommend a small sample of my bread to see if it’s possible to be enjoyed as some with gluten sensitivity may be able to enjoy my bread with minimal to no issues.

A: You can order directly through this shop. Select your items, choose your size or quantity, and add them to your cart. Orders close Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. for Friday pickup unless otherwise noted
How should I store my bread?
For same-day enjoyment, keep it uncovered at room temperature to preserve the crust. For longer storage, wrap in a tea towel or paper bag for 1–2 days. For freezing, slice first, wrap tightly, and store in an airtight bag.
