Custom Orders
We’re honored to be part of your special moments! Custom orders require at least 7 days’ notice to ensure we have enough time to bring your vision to life. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due by the time of pickup or delivery. Please feel free to share any design ideas, themes, or inspiration photos when you place your order. While we do our best to match your vision, each baked good is handcrafted and may vary slightly in design. If you need to make changes, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 5 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your pickup or event are not eligible for a refund. We recommend placing custom orders early, as availability may be limited during busy seasons.
