Each loaf weighs roughly 1.5-2lbs depending on whether or not add-ins are included.
How long will sourdough goods last?
While sourdough is best enjoyed fresh, the long-fermentation process increases their resistance to mold. Items can last anywhere from 3-5 days sealed & stored on a countertop and up to 1 month when stored in a freezer.
What ingredients are in the starter used for everything?
The starter is a San Francisco starter. It is estimated to be over 100years old and is fed daily with organic unbleached all purpose flour.
What if I have allergies?
Please indicate your allergy in the field at the end of your order. This eliminates the chance of your order coming into contact with multiple items often being prepared in the same prep area at once. While items can be made to exclude gluten or include organic ingredients, this business is not a certified gluten-free or organic.
Can you do bulk orders?
Yes. A deposit is required for bulk orders and you must provide 1 week advance notice for your request.
How does shipping work?
Bread orders are shipped in flat rate boxes and dehydrated starters are shipped in a padded envelope (ground) via USPS. Each shipping fee is discounted to offset the costs. Your order will be confirmed upon payment. 3-day shipping and tracking is included in pricing.
Do you deliver?
Delivery stopped in 2023, but accommodations can be made with 24hr notice and additional fees.
