My name is Shelly, I’m a Grandma of 7. With a passion of preparing food for those I love to feed and fuel the soul.
Previous career of 16 years as a pharmacy technician and IV room technician so eye for detail and cleanliness is a top priority that extends to my kitchen.
I’ve spent the last year exploring recipes and thinking about what the generations before us ate and how they prepared their food. Ingredients they used were simple so that’s the journey I’ve decided to take and share along the way.
