To ensure your treats are as fresh as possible, we kindly request a minimum of 3 days' notice for all standard orders. For large or bulk orders, a 1–2 week notice is preferred so we can prep your bakes perfectly. Booking at a Glance Standard Orders: Minimum 3 days' notice. Large/Bulk Orders: 1–2 weeks' notice preferred. Last Minute: Subject to availability; please message us!

For larger orders, we are happy to offer delivery to ensure your treats arrive safely and on time. Delivery Availability is based on the distance from our location, and an additional fee will be applied to cover transportation and handling. If you are interested in delivery for your order, please let us know your location, and we will provide you with a custom quote based on the mileage and order size.

We accept order Modifications based on order size: Standard Orders: Changes allowed up to 2 days before pickup. Large Orders: Changes allowed up to 4 days before pickup. Since treats are handcrafted to order, we can’t guarantee changes after these windows, but we’ll try our best to help. Significant changes may result in a price adjustment, and late requests are subject to approval only.

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, we offer a 50% refund based on your order type and timing: ​Standard Orders: 50% refund available up to 2 days before your pickup date. ​Larger Orders: 50% refund available up to 4 days before your pickup or delivery. ​Any requests made after these windows are upon approval only. This policy helps us cover the costs of ingredients and prep already dedicated to your handcrafted treats. Non-refundable Deposit

To secure your date on our baking calendar, a non-refundable deposit is required for all orders. This deposit allows us to source the highest quality ingredients and prep for your handcrafted treats. For standard orders, full payment is required at the time of booking. For larger orders, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your spot, with the remaining balance due before pickup.
