Order & Refund Policy
Pre-Orders:
*** Pre-orders must be paid 48 hours prior to your pickup day to guarantee your chosen date.*** All pre-orders can be refunded up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date. After this window, refunds are no longer available as I will have already begun preparing your order. Please be sure to double-check your order and pickup date before confirming.
Pickup Policy:
Preorder pickups are Friday’s at my porch bake stand. The stand opens at 10am, and you will have until 7pm to pick up your order.
✨ Important Policy ✨
Please make sure you’re able to pick up your order during the scheduled pickup window. Any orders not picked up in this timeframe are subjected to being discarded without refund.
If I’m able to make an exception, orders will only be held until 9 AM the following morning. After that time, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for missed pickups. If you would like replacement items, a new order will need to be placed.
