I’m Danette, the baker behind the brown butter. From my cozy kitchen in Lemoore, California, I handcraft small-batch cookies, breads, and treats designed to bring warmth to your table and joy to your everyday moments.

Each recipe begins the same way: slow-browned butter, a quiet kitchen, and a little gratitude. Whether it’s a thick, stuffed cookie from my Harvest Joy Collection or a golden loaf brushed with honey, every bake is made to help you pause, savor, and smile.

At Little Joys Bakehouse, everything is small-batch and baked with intention.

We specialize in:

• Gourmet Cookies – Brown butter–based, stuffed, or glazed artisan cookies

• Seasonal Breads & Loaves – Banana, pumpkin, maple, and other cozy flavors

• Sweet Treats & Bars – Rotating offerings of brownies, crumb bars, and pastries

• Specialty Boxes – Curated assortments for holidays, gifts, and events

All items are handcrafted in our cottage food kitchen in Lemoore, California and made to order for freshness.

Ordering Process

• Pre-orders are required for all bakes. Please place your order at least 3–5 days in advance of your desired pickup or shipping date.

• Orders open seasonally and close when capacity is reached — early booking is always appreciated!

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order and payment are received.

Payment & Deposits

For Regular Orders (under $100):

• Full payment is due at the time of order to reserve your bake date.

For Custom or Larger Orders ($100+):

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before pickup or shipment.

• If payment isn’t received by the deadline, your order may be released or rescheduled.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit/debit via Bakesy checkout

• Venmo, PayPal, or Cash (if pre-approved)

All sales are final once baking begins.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

• Pickup: Lemoore, California (address shared after order confirmation).

• Local Delivery: Available within 10 miles for a small fee ($5–$10, depending on distance).

• Shipping: We ship nationwide via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 days).

• Flat Rate $10 for up to 6 cookies

• Flat Rate $12 for a dozen or more

• Free pickup always available

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed for freshness and packaged with care.

Cancellations & Changes

• Orders canceled at least 5 days prior to your pickup/ship date may receive a credit toward future orders (deposit non-refundable).

• Orders canceled within 3 days of pickup/ship date are non-refundable.

• Date changes must be approved based on availability.

All items are made in a home kitchen that also processes wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Please note that cross-contact may occur.
