No. Submitting an order is only the first step in the process. A 50% deposit is required after submitting your order to secure it. Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. As for the remaining payment, I will send an email 48 hours prior to the pickup date.

🚫Cancellations: For standard orders, cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance. For rushed orders, cancellations must be made within 48-72 hours of placing the order.🚫 💲Refunds:💲 Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances: If the cake is damaged upon arrival. If the order does not meet the agreed-upon quality or execution standards. Please note that all 50% non-refundable deposits will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

🧁All cake orders must be handled with care and kept on a flat, stable surface during transport. Cakes should be kept away from direct sunlight and heat, as buttercream can melt in warm environments such as cars, rooms, or outdoor settings. To ensure the cake remains intact, the space should be air-conditioned or kept cool until you reach your destination.🧁 ⚠️ Once the cake is picked up, we are not responsible for what happens to the cake within that time.⚠️ 🎂Once at your destination, place in your refrigerator until you are ready to serve. Remove your cake for about 30 minutes before cutting or serving.🎂

If you need to change the size, flavor, or decor to your order, it must be made within 1 week of your order. If you have a rushed order, you’ll need to let me know 4 days prior within the day of your order. Charges will be applied for extra decor, specialty filling, and size of the cake.

❗️We do not do fondant work at this time. We will be using buttercream for all decorations. Anything that has to be drawn onto your cake will be charged accordingly❗️

🍰Always carry your cake on a flat, stable surface. Keep the cake cool and away from direct sunlight or heat. Store in an air-conditioned room or vehicle during transport. Refrigerate the cake if not serving immediately.
