Deposit: 50% deposit due once you receive your invoice to hold your date. Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. If you pay more than the deposit up front, you will receive the money, less than the deposit back. If the order.is less than $100, the full balance is due up front.

The balance is due the day before your order is due. Payment must be complete prior to pickup or delivery.

Lead time: 2 weeks preferred. (Contact me for any exceptions)

Wedding Orders: minimum 4 weeks

Damage: Once a cake is picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for the cake/treats. There will not be any refunds or credits for damage to the product. Upon pickup, everything is inspected prior to leaving.

Delivery: Delivery is an option. Someone will sign off that the cake/treats are in good condition prior to leaving.

Once the order has been handed off, I no longer resume responsibility of the order.
