Deposit: 50% deposit due once you receive your invoice to hold your date. Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. If you pay more than the deposit up front, you will receive the money, less than the deposit back. For orders $100 or less, the full balance is due up front.

The balance is due the day before your order is due. Payment must be complete prior to pickup or delivery.

Lead time: 2 weeks preferred. (Contact me for any exceptions)

Wedding Orders: minimum 4 weeks

Damage: Once a cake is picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for the cake/treats. There will not be any refunds or credits for damage to the product. Upon pickup, everything is inspected prior to leaving.

Delivery: Delivery is an option. Someone will sign off that the cake/treats are in good condition prior to leaving.

Once the order has been handed off, I no longer resume responsibility of the order.
