⚖️ Terms & Conditions – Lilbriezze Bakes

Please read and agree to the following terms before placing your order:

1. Deposits & Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order.

• The remaining balance is due at time of pickup or delivery.

• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Deliveries will result in a $20 charge.

2. Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your event date to receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the pickup/delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows or failure to pick up orders on the agreed date/time will result in loss of payment.

3. Changes to Orders:

• Minor changes (like color or wording) must be requested at least 3 days in advance.

• Major design or date changes may not be guaranteed, especially if short notice is given.

4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions:

• All items are gluten-free, but please note: products are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, dairy, and other allergens may be present.

• It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any potential allergens.

5. Delivery & Pickup:

• Pickup times are agreed upon in advance. Please arrive on time to avoid delays.

• Delivery is available for an additional fee and must be scheduled during business hours.

• Deliveries will result in a $20 charge.

• Once the cake is picked up or delivered, LilbriezzeBakes is no longer responsible for any damage during transport, handling, or setup.

6. Design Disclaimer:

• While we do our best to replicate inspiration photos, slight variations in color, design, and execution may occur due to the nature of handmade baked goods.

• Custom toppers or special decorations may incur additional charges.
