Thank you for supporting Lil Pop Shop! To help ensure the best experience for both of us, please review the following policies before placing your order:

🍭 Sales & Resale

• All cake pops and cakesicles made by Lil Pop Shop are for personal enjoyment only and may not be resold under any circumstances.

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered once your order is placed.

💰 Deposits & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders over $20 to secure your spot and begin prep work.

• Full payment is due before or at pickup/delivery.

📦 Pickup, Care & Liability

• Lil Pop Shop is not responsible for any damage to your cake pops once they’ve been picked up or delivered.

• Each order comes with detailed care instructions (both physical and verbal) to help you keep your treats looking and tasting their best.

• Please store your cake pops in a cool, dry place and follow the instructions to avoid melting or mishandling.

⏰ Order Notice & Turnaround Time

• As a one-woman show, I require 2–3 days’ notice for most orders.

• For orders of more than 50 cake pops, please provide 5–6 days’ notice to ensure availability and quality.

🎨 Custom Orders & Communication

• I will stay in touch throughout the process, sharing progress pictures and asking questions to ensure your cake pops turn out just how you imagined!

• Your input is always welcome to make sure the final product fits your vision perfectly.
