How many days in advanced should I order my dessert?
We typically require 4 days in advanced notice before pick up to order! But since we do get booked up quickly, please make an order as soon as possible, sometimes 1-2 weeks in advanced.
How should I transport my cake?
Placing your cake in the footwell of the front passenger seat is optimal. This allows the cake to stay on a flat surface which prevents the cake from leaning during the car ride home.
The A/C should be on at a cooler temperature especially during hotter months to prevent melting of cakes.
If your cake has whipped cream, please be aware that whipped cream cakes melt easier than buttercream cakes, so temperature is something to watch out for.
Cooler bags are recommended, especially for car rides of 30 mins or more.
How should I store my cake?
Always store your cake in the fridge! Your cake is okay to be kept in the fridge for 2 days.
Please do not leave your cake out for more than an hour. Especially cakes made with whipped cream. Cakes left out especially outdoors can lean and become misshapen. Buttercream decorations can fall off the cake if left out too long. Please be aware.
How should I store my macarons?
Macarons can be either stored in the fridge or freezer.
Fresh fruit macarons must be stored in the freezer!
Store round macarons without fresh fruit in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or up to two months in the freezer.
Why can’t I order the day I want to pick up?
Cakes are baked the day before pick up and are decorated the day of. Please be aware that because we make custom cakes, we always make our cakes made to order. Our cakes are freshly made the day before pick up to ensure optimal flavor profiles.
Why is full payment needed to place my order?
Full payment is required to discourage last minute cancellations or no shows.
Do you do deliveries?
No, we do not provide delivery services at the moment.
