My name is Leticia Casarez, I am widely known as Lettuce, your local micro batchhome baker for Cowlitz County and beyond!
I have been perfecting my craft in intentionally healthy and holistic baked goods, meals, snacks, and candies.
I have been sugar-free, eating low-carb, Keto, and nomadic for 7+ years and artificial dye free and preservatives free for 5+ years.
Omitting these three ingredients, changing the way we eat and sourcing locally grown, growing our own, or store purchased organics have changed my family's lives.
This is my passion, born from a need to ensure my kids could eat delicious foods without ingredients that would harm them or make them sick due to severe food allergies and intolerances. I was diagnosed with Celaics.

Basic flavor for Smash cake available at 60$ price is chocolate or vanilla.
Special flavor such as carrot spice is an additional 12$
Dairy-free is an additional 14$
Half of total payment due for Deposit with orders over 50$ at time of order.
Final payment due before pick up.
