To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit payment must be received. Full payment must be received to place an order under a 2 weeks notice and for orders under $100. Until then, your date remains available to other customers. Pricing may increase depending on the complexity & details of design provided. Every order is custom and hand made. Decorations are subject to our artistic interpretation. You may provide a photo(s) for inspiration, but we will not duplicate another artist's work exactly. We are not liable for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up. If we are responsible for any prior damage or mistakes, we will do everything in our power to remedy this in a timely manner. Pickups are from 11 AM to 3 PM. Please note that there is a strict 15-minute window for pickup. After 15 minutes, we may be able to accommodate a later pickup time if we are available; however, if we are not available, pickup may need to be rescheduled for the following day.
