Ideally custom orders should be placed at least 4-6 weeks in advance for most cakes. During busy season (wedding, holiday, graduation) spots fill quickly, so the earlier the better.
What flavors and fillings do you offer?
We offer a rotating menu of classic and premium flavors. Popular choices include vanilla, chocolate fudge, red velvet, lemon, cinnamon swirl, and fun seasonal specials.
Fillings range from buttercreams to fruit compotes, curds, and cream cheese frosting. A full flavor menu is available upon request.
Can you recreate a design from a photo or Pinterest?
We love inspiration photos! While we don’t copy exact designs, we use them as a guide to create a cake that fits your vision while still keeping it unique.
What is your minimum order for custom cakes?
Custom cakes start at $100 and vary depending on size and design. Cupcake orders typically require a minimum of one dozen.
How do I request a quote?
Simply fill out our order inquiry form (or message us directly) with your event date, guest count, and design ideas. We’ll get back to you with a personalized quote.
Do you offer delivery ?
Most orders are pickup-only, but delivery may be available for large events or weddings (additional fee applies).
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, tastings are available for weddings and large events. Please reach out to schedule.
Where do I pick up my custom order?
Custom orders are picked up at northwest annex housing in Chesapeake, unless otherwise arranged. We’ll provide exact address and details once your order is confirmed.
How should I transport and store my cake once I pick it up?
Keep your cake flat during transport (trunk space works best). Store it in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration may be recommended for certain flavors or fillings.
Can I order something last-minute if I missed the deadline?
Sometimes! If our schedule allows, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Don’t hesitate to ask.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to reschedule your order.
Is a deposit required for orders?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) secures your date. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the pickup date
Do you make items besides cakes?

How far do you book out during busy season?
During peak times (holidays, wedding season), we may book out months in advance. To secure your spot, it’s best to order as early as possible. As long as you are deposit ready we can secure your date up to a year in advance!
