Due to limited availability all invoices must be payment within 24 hours. You will receive a message once you have been booked and put on the schedule after payment. If failure to pay within 24 hours we will give availability to our next inquiry. Your invoice may reflect a different price than advertised upon artist discretion as some items will be charged more for detailed designs, borders, characters, and other special request. Banners & some custom items will have an additional fee of $10 for any item needed in less than ten days of booking with a $20 rush fee for any banner needed within 5 days. There will be an additional fee for travel during face painting for all bookings over 20 minutes. We do consider heavier travel on weekends, holidays, and special events that may make for a longer commute. Please be sure to leave location or approximate location of booking or event so we can apply travel fees. All sales are final.

Policy applies for all items on Lena’s Art Vault Website including but not limited to painted banners, face painting, plates, and more. - Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or availablity will be given to next inquiry. - All deposits are nonrefundable unless cancelled within 2 weeks of your booking. - Refunds issued within 7-10 business days. - We do not paint kids under 2 years olds. - Travel fees will apply to any bookings over 20 minutes in distance. - Please inform all your guest of start and end time of face painting. Last call/ face painted 5 minutes before end time. - All specials and sales are due in full and nonrefundable. - The face painting products are Snazaroo, water activated, fda approved, and hypoallergenic. - Hygiene is top priority - I can not paint over runny nose, dirt, food debris, chronic coughs, pink eye or any other contagious illness. - If we are late or a no show you will have the option to be fully refunded or served at a discounted price. - Zero tolerance for ANY bullying in my line. We have the rights to refuse service to anyone at any point. - Host must provide table and chair set up. - All banners are freehanded by one artist, please insure you look over my work before booking. - No refunds will ever be issued after banner has already been painted. - No refunds for any sales or specials. - Any changes must be given during mock up process. - Birthday plates are NON food safe and sealed with a spray enamel if requested , all plates are HIGHLY SUGGESTED TO BE USED AS DECOR ONLY! Never washed, no dishwasher, and or scrubbers or sponges. - To respect artists , inspiration photos will not be copied and only used for inspiration.
