Standard designs starting at $40. Prices vary depending on final design and add ons. 1 Hour Of Face Painting | Birthday
Just the right amount of fun! 🎨 1 hour of face painting for up to 15 kids—perfect for small birthdays or intimate family gatherings. Travel fees not included. Ages 2+ only. Face painting time is full work time including set up and break down. We will paint last face 5 minutes before end time to give 5 minutes for break down.

Hi there, I’m Ahlena! I’m 23 years old, born and raised in Oklahoma City. I’ve always had a passion for arts, crafts, and creating new things.
Most days, you’ll find me in comfy pajama pants, and painting while watching true crime. Lena’s Art Vault is all about embracing authenticity and letting your creativity speak for itself. It’s about unlocking that inner vault and allowing your true colors to flourish.
I hope my custom pieces bring endless joy, creativity, and conversation to your holidays and special events.
Policies
Policy List | Applies To All Services
General Policy
* All invoices must be paid within 24 hours or availablity will be given to next inquiry. Bookings are not confirmed without payment confirmation.
* Full payment is required for all custom orders. Face painting has a 50% deposit required to secure your date.
* Please check “Payments & Invoice”section for refund information.
* Pricing may vary from advertised prices at the artist’s discretion depending on detail and other request.
* All custom items needed within ten days or less are subject to a $10 rush fee. Five days or less is a $20 rush fee.
* All specials and sales are due in full and nonrefundable.
Face Painting
* We do not offer face paint children under 2 years old.
* Face painting products are Snazaroo, water-activated, FDA-approved, and hypoallergenic.
* For hygiene and safety I will not paint over runny noses, dirt, food debris, chronic coughs, pink eye, or other contagious illnesses.
* 100% ZERO tolerance for bullying or disruptive behavior in the face-painting line. Service may be refused at ANY TIME without refund if policy is not followed.
* Please inform all guests of the scheduled face-painting start and end times. Last call is 5 minutes before the scheduled end time.
* The host of party must provide the required table and area for set up — Lena will provide chairs and all things needed for painting.
Custom Artwork
* All banners are freehanded by one artist — Please review my work before booking.
* Inspiration photos are for inspiration only and will not be copied.
* All changes must be requested during the mockup process.
* Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, spelling, colors, dates, and design details before work begins.
* No refunds or changes will be made once a banner or custom item has been painted or completed.
* Birthday plates are NOT food safe and are intended for decorative use only. Never wash, scrub, place in a dishwasher, or use with food.
Payments, Invoices & Refund
* Full payment following invoice is required to book all custom orders.
* Face painting is the ONLY service eligible for a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due by the start of our event.
* Invoices must be paid within 24 hours. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled and availability offered to the next inquiry.
* Your order/event is not officially booked until payment is received and you receive a payment confirmation.
* All sales are final for custom orders. No refunds will be issued after work has begun or an item has been completed.
* Specials, sale, or promo items are nonrefundable.
* Approved refunds are processed 1-14 days after cancellation. You must cancel your order within 2 weeks of due date to receive a refund.
