Orders must be placed in advance: • 48 hours minimum for small orders • 3 weeks minimum for large or custom orders A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations require 24–48 hours notice. Deposits remain non-refundable. Same-day orders are not guaranteed and may include a rush fee (+$10). Delivery fees range from $5–$50 depending on distance. Lee’s Sugar Shack is not responsible for orders once picked up or delivered. Cash App payments include a 2% processing fee. • 40% non-refundable deposit required for orders over $20 • Remaining balance due 24 hours before pickup/delivery

✨ All Sales Are Final due to the nature of baked goods. If there is a concern regarding quality: • The issue must be reported within 3 hours of pickup/delivery. • The product must be returned in the condition it was received for inspection. • No refunds will be issued without the product being returned. • Refunds are not issued based on personal taste preferences. (I do not offer refunds for products that have been consumed) I take pride in my quality and consistency, and always willing to review legitimate concerns.
