π° Deposit Policy
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required for all orders over $25 to secure your order date.
The remaining balance is due by the deadline provided for your order.
Please note: the $15 deposit is non-refundable if your order is canceled.

If there is a concern regarding quality:
β’ The issue must be reported within 3 hours of pickup/delivery.
β’ The product must be returned in the condition it was received for inspection.
β’ No refunds will be issued without the product being returned.
β’ Refunds are not issued based on personal taste preferences.
(I do not offer refunds for products that have been consumed)

β’ Orders must be placed in advance: 48 hours minimum for small orders and 3 weeks minimum for large or custom orders.
β’ Cancellations require 24β48 hours notice. Deposits remain non-refundable.
β’ Same-day orders are not guaranteed and may include a $10 rush fee.
β’ Local delivery starts at $10. Delivery fees are based on distance and will be confirmed before your order is finalized.
β’ Cash App payments include a 2% processing fee.
β’ Remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup/delivery.
