Cake Pickup Policy
Pickup Time:
• Cakes must be picked up at the scheduled date and time agreed upon at the time of ordering.
• If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Handling After Pickup:
• Once the cake has been picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for its handling, storage, and transportation.
• Please keep the cake refrigerated if needed and handle it with care to avoid damage.
Allergies & Ingredients:
• All ingredients are listed in the product description. After pickup, the baker is not responsible for allergic reactions or cross-contamination that may occur.
Damages After Pickup:
• Lee’s Signature Sweets is not responsible for damages to cakes once they leave the bakery or designated pickup location.
• Please inspect the cake at pickup. Any issues noticed after leaving the pickup location cannot be replaced.
Cancellation/No-Show:
• Orders not picked up at the scheduled time without prior notice may be subject to cancellation fees.

Cupcake & Brownie Policy
