Punctuality is greatly appreciated when picking up your order. A 15-minute grace period is allowed at no additional charge. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your order will only be available for pickup based on my availability, and a $15 late fee will apply. To secure your order and reserve your pickup date: Orders over $200: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day I choose (since some orders are not weeks away) before your scheduled pickup. Orders $200 and under: Full payment is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 24 hours of order confirmation, your order will be automatically canceled. All orders are non-refundable. Once your items leave my shop, I am not responsible for any damage that may occur during pickup, transport, setup, or afterward. When you or your designated party picks up the order, it is considered "accepted," indicating satisfaction with the product. Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled pickup are not permitted. If a cancellation occurs within this timeframe, a $25 late cancellation fee will be applied to your next order. If you need to reschedule your pickup, I will do my best to accommodate your request. If your new date cannot be accommodated, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future order—no new deposit will be required, only the remaining balance.
