Hi, I’m Jessica, the baker and founder behind Le Crumb Noir. I’m a clinical therapist by trade and a dessert lover by heart. Baking became my love language—an expression of warmth, resistance, and joy. I created Le Crumb Noir to honor my roots, nourish my community, and celebrate Black flavor through every bite. Think soft, sweet, and a little sassy.
