Please allow 24–48 hours for your invoice to be processed and emailed.

By making a payment, you confirm that all order details on the invoice are correct.

Any changes must be requested at least 1 week in advance — no last-minute switches.

A 25% nonrefundable deposit is due within 48 hours of booking. No exceptions.

If no deposit is received, your order will be canceled.

Cancellations can be moved to a future date, but availability is not guaranteed.

Remaining balances are due 3 days before pickup. Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.

Once your order is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for damage due to handling or transport.

All items are made in a kitchen that processes dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts.
