1️⃣ How do I place a custom order?
Select “Custom Order Request” through the link on Bakesy. Fill out all the details — treat type, size, theme, colors, and any inspiration photos.
2️⃣ How far in advance should I place my custom order?
Please place custom orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Rush orders (less than one week’s notice) are subject to a $50 rush fee, depending on size and complexity.
3️⃣ How much is the deposit?
A 75% deposit is required to begin all custom orders. The remaining 25% balance is due on pickup or delivery day.
4️⃣ Can I make changes after I submit my order?
Minor changes (like color or wording) can be made within 24 hours of confirmation. Major design changes may affect pricing or timing.
5️⃣ What should I include for a custom cake or treat?
Include your theme or occasion, colors, flavor choice, serving size, and any inspiration photos when placing your order.
6️⃣ Do you offer tastings or samples?
Not at the moment— follow my Instagram for updates!
7️⃣ Can you match a design from a photo?
I can create something inspired by your photo, but not an exact replica. Every order includes my own Layers of Davida touch.
8️⃣ How do I pay?
All payments are made securely through Bakesy. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
9️⃣ What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future order if canceled. If treats have already been started or prepared, no refund or transfer will be issued.
🔟 Do you accommodate allergies?
While I can avoid certain ingredients upon request, please note that all treats are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat — so cross-contamination may occur.
11️⃣ How do I pick up or get my order delivered?
Pickup is available in Chester (Widener) or Sharon Hill. Delivery is available for an additional fee
depending on distance and order size.
