For all orders we require a deposit of 45% of your final payment which secures the booking and date. A date can only be reserved once the deposit is received. The remaining balance can be paid by Paypal, or Cash/Card on collection.
We book and order all baking materials and ingredients straight after your order is placed.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances due to any loss of business arising from turning away other bookings on that date.
Can I change my booking date?
If for any reason you need to change the date of your booking, we will try to fit your new date in if possible.
What if you need to cancel my order? Will I get my deposit back?
In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your order for any reason, then we will give you as much notice as possible, and discuss the matter with you and try to agree a suitable alternative. If you do not wish to accept our suggested alternative, then we will refund the full price to you.

My cake got damaged on the way to the venue.
Laura's Gluten Free Kitchen accepts no liability for cakes that are damaged after they leave our premises. The collection vehicle should have enough flat surface available, be clean and tidy. This is the client’s responsibility. The cake or products can be very fragile so it is advisable to drive very slowly and carefully. An empty boot, with non-slip matting is advisable.
Can you create a replica of the image I sent you?
Any image provided to us is given for illustrative purposes only. We do not do exact replicas and variations of colour and design.
Laura's Gluten Free Kitchen will do its best to match any colour requests for icing but we cannot guarantee an exact Pantone match as colours present differently in different materials. We aim for a perfect match but this is not always possible.
I have more than a Gluten allergy.
All our products are always gluten free but before making a payment, please discuss any other allergies or dietary requirements to us. We offer a selection of dietary options, and will endeavour to accommodate where possible. Our products are not suitable for those with nut allergies as we handle nuts in our premises.
How do I store my cake?
Goods must be stored in a cool dry area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Goods placed outside are liable to react to the temperature. In hot or humid weather there is the possibility of sugar decorations melting or damage to goods.
I am not happy with my order. I want to admit a complaint.
If you wish to make a complaint to us or let us know any concerns after receiving your cake/s, please do so by email to laurasglutenfreekitchen@gmail.com. Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included. Any refunds will be given entirely at our discretion.
