Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup for a refund or store credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Due to the nature of homemade baked goods, refunds are not offered after pickup or delivery. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours with a photo so I can resolve it. Deposits are non refundable once order is made! Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window. Because orders are made fresh, I cannot hold orders for multiple days. If an order is not picked up and no alternate arrangement is made before the pickup time, the deposit will be forfeited and the order may be canceled.
