Please allow at least 2 days for sourdough orders. This allows time for proper fermentation and baking to ensure the best quality!

💳 Payment

Standard orders: Payment is due at pickup or prior to delivery

Larger or specialty cakes (typically orders over $100, tiered cakes, or detailed designs):

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date

Remaining balance is due at pickup or prior to delivery

Orders are not confirmed until any required deposit is received.

❌ Cancellations & Changes

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes

Changes requested within 48 hours may not be accommodated

Deposits for large/specialty cakes are non-refundable

🚫 No-Shows

Orders not picked up at the agreed time without communication may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

🚚 Pickup / Delivery

Pickup details will be shared after order confirmation

Limited delivery may be available upon request (additional fee may apply)
